| Light Truck Rental | For customers who have purchased large items from our store that do not fit in their vehicles, or for those who are unable to arrange transportation, we offer a free 90-minute rental of a light truck. If you would like to use the light truck, please visit the Wood & Building Materials Department checkout counter (a driver’s license is required). |
| Free Pickup Service | For every eligible product purchased, we will take back an equivalent item free of charge. |
| Wood Cutting | We can cut the lumber you purchase to your desired dimensions. However, we can only perform straight cuts. |
| Tool Rental | You can rent our recommended power tools at an affordable rate for a 2-night, 3-day rental period. For inquiries or assistance, please visit the tool counter inside the store. |
| Bicycle Theft Prevention Registration | The crime prevention registration fee is 800 yen. |
| Bicycle Repair | We can help with a variety of issues, including flat tires, tire replacements, and lost keys. Please feel free to stop by. (Please bring your bicycle with you. We do not offer mobile repair services.) |
| Assembling ready-to-assemble furniture | Assembly fees vary depending on the size of the furniture. Please note that this may take a little time. |
| ホームセンターマガジンPacoma | This is a home improvement magazine packed with DIY tips. The latest issue is published around the 10th of every month and is available for free at the main entrance. |
| Wheelchair | We have wheelchairs available for customers at the main entrance. Please ask a nearby staff member if you need one. |
| Gift wrapping | We will wrap your gifts—such as mid-summer and year-end gifts—with the utmost care. |
| Flower Wrapping | Why not choose our floral wrapping for gifts? We can wrap potted plants and orchids to suit your preferences. |
| Printing of business cards, postcards, and other items | We’re here to help with all your printing needs, from business cards to New Year’s cards and more. |
| Custom Seals and Rubber Stamps | From personal registration seals to acknowledgment seals and company seals. We also accept custom orders for Shachihata stamps. |
| Repair Shop | We repair tools and farm equipment. Please feel free to contact us. |
| Sewing Workshop | We offer hem alterations (for a fee) for work pants purchased at our store. Please note that this may take a little time. |
| Pet Grooming | Both our Kanoya Hisashi and Higashi-kai locations offer pet grooming services by appointment only. |
| サービスカウンター | Please use this as your one-stop resource for everything from in-store sales information to inquiries about special-order items and other general questions. |
| Delivery Service (K Express) | This is a cost-effective delivery service provided by Home Center Kitayama. We will deliver your valuable packages via Yamato Transport or Japan Post (Yu-Pack). |

| Ticket Sales | We sell tickets for concerts and performances held at the “Kanoya City Cultural Hall” and “Rina City Kanoya.” Please feel free to contact us. |
| Coin-operated rice polisher | We have installed a coin-operated rice polisher called “Kome-Taro” on the garden center grounds. |
| Custom Wooden Board Production | Perfect for your home or store! We can custom-make them in your choice of material (cedar, cypress, etc.) and size. (Please provide your own design draft) |
