Job Description	You will be responsible for electrical and plumbing work at customers' homes. This position involves general electrical work, such as air conditioner installation, as well as plumbing work, such as toilet installation. Most of the work comes from customer inquiries; this is not a cold-calling role.	This position involves front-line duties across various departments at a home improvement store—including customer service, sales, purchasing, sales floor operations, sales floor inventory management, sales planning, and inventory management—as well as general management responsibilities.
Eligibility Requirements	Candidates with experience in electrical work, plumbing, and similar fields. Preference will be given to candidates who hold qualifications such as an Electrician's License or a Certified Water Supply System Engineer.	Age limit: 39 or younger (To promote career development through long-term employment)

Compensation

Employment Type	Full-time employee
Probationary period	3 months (terms unchanged)
Base salary	Electrical and Plumbing Technician: Skill-based pay: 190,000–286,000 yen  Sales Staff: Performance-based salary: 180,000–276,000 yen
Position Allowance	Paid to executives in accordance with company policy (60,000–90,000 yen)
Overtime pay	Electrical and Plumbing Technician: 40,000 yen  Sales Staff: Overtime pay is calculated in one-minute increments
Family Allowance	We will make payments to employees with eligible dependents in accordance with our company policies. (Dependent spouse: 5,000 yen per month; per dependent child: 3,000 yen per month)
Qualification and Skill Allowance	In accordance with our company policy, we pay a stipend to qualified individuals performing relevant duties (3,000–15,000 yen).
Commuting allowance	1 km: 600 yen; maximum 15,000 yen; minimum 2,000 yen
Pay raise	Once a year (in May) based on performance evaluations
Bonus	Twice a year (June and December)
Severance Pay System	Defined Contribution Pension Plan (Japanese version of a 401(k)). The company contributes between 7,000 and 20,000 yen per month.
