Compensation

| Position Allowance | Paid to executives in accordance with company policy (60,000–90,000 yen) |
| Overtime pay | 40,000 yen |
| Family Allowance | We will make payments to employees with eligible dependents in accordance with our company policies. (Dependent spouse: 5,000 yen per month; per dependent child: 3,000 yen per month) |
| Qualification and Skill Allowance | In accordance with our company policy, we pay a stipend to qualified individuals performing relevant duties (3,000–15,000 yen). |
| Commuting allowance | 1 km: 600 yen; maximum 15,000 yen; minimum 2,000 yen |
| Pay raise | Once a year (in May), based on performance evaluations. |
| Bonus | Twice a year (June and December) |
