● As a general rule, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or pickups of live animals in the Aquarium Section, Small Animal Section, or Dog and Cat Section.
● We cannot accept claims regarding live animals unless the fault lies with us.
● We cannot accept returns for ornamental fish after they have been purchased and placed in the aquarium.
● Please note that we cannot offer any compensation for items in the Aquarium or Small Animal sections that have passed their due date.
● For dog and cat supplies, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that come into direct contact with the animal (such as collars, clothing, and leashes) after they have been used. Please check the size and other details before purchasing.
